I cant afford the luxury of real ale everyday so for the sake of economy I brew my own.

 

I call my fermentation vessel “Bubbling Bertha” and in the winter months she stays indoors. Bubbling away and releasing her obnoxious smells to any smellers in the vacinity.

Then when the bubbling finishes and the beer has had a few weeks to mature its tasting time.

Its awful. I dont know why I bother.
